It has a really cool cover for an audiobook.
There were a few things I enjoyed about this somewhat short story (running time 20 mins).
1) The portrayal of the cult leader and his general distaste for the peace focused Earth city civilians. Of course a sketchy cult leader would be angry about that.
2) The lack of deep interest in the cult by the local civilians in the city, which triggered the heavy response and invasion by the cult's space fleet. Methinks the writer pulled this idea from history.
3) Well, I don't want to spoil the surprise, but boy what a suprise it was. Did the cult really think the Earth was not defended?
In some show related news, I finally finished reading the second half of the halloween doubleheader. The first one is already loaded in the queue. Now I just have to remember to record and load the second video. Since being put in charge of the channel, I've had a chance to look at the various bells, whistles and knobs of Youtube. So...many...buttons! I want to try them all! I'm trying my best not to break the channel, but I feel like a kid in a nuclear power plant.
That set aside, I've also been busy making the list of content I want to cover for next year's program. We'll hit 100 episodes sometime in summer next year. If you're a creator and you want to be reviewed, then you know what to do: leave a comment on a video.
As far as my workflow goes, I'm almost done with The Bite Cleaner. I'll publish the last two chapters sometime soon. I feel like I've covered what I wanted to do with the genre pretty well. I also finished my first Udemy writing course. I'll be applying what I learned there into my editing flow. I'll write it the way I want, then clean it up before it goes to the editor. Hopefully I don't confuse the editor.
